Caitlin’s program was the first postpartum workout program I did and it was perfect for me. I’m embarrassed to say that I was 3 years postpartum when I started. I wish I had done it sooner, but it goes to show that it’s never too late! Before working with Caitlin, I worked out minimally mostly due to the fear of leaking. Starting slowly with low-impact exercises and learning to control my breathing allowed me to progress in a safe way and work up to activities I wanted to be able to do. I now cycle and exercise daily, but most importantly I can run around with my kids without fear. I’m so thankful to Caitlin for her help, support and guidance in helping me to do things I never thought I’d e able to do again.
