Consult!
This consult session is up to you. You get me for an hour to answer any and all of your questions pertaining to pre and postnatal fitness. We can chat, make plans, discuss timelines, check your own workout plans for safety, form, etc. Feel free to email in any questions before hand.
4 Week Information Bootcamp!
These 4 weeks are designed to teach you how to workout. It's 1:1 virtually, or in person if you're local. Each week we go through a full body workout together and make sure you are doing everything correctly to get the best results possible, and over the 4 sessions you'll collect a list of exercises that you can put into your own workouts once we're finished. You'll know how to choose which exercises, when and how often to do them, and also how to adjust them for your body.
"All In" - 1:1 Training
This is my "All In" training because you and I are both "All In" for this. We both commit to getting the results you want. We meet weekly for me to deliver individualized workouts tailored to your body, your goals, your life, your interests, and the equipment you have available. You get access to me via the Voxxer Coaching app which allows text, voice, and video messaging. I'll use Voxxer to check in, help you schedule your workouts, and keep you motivated. You'll use Voxxer to get feedback on form, ask me questions, share wins, and we can work through obstacles together. Results do take time, so in order to make this option work a 3 month commitment is required. If you want results badly, this is the option may be for you.
