Description
This is a virtual 12 week program starting Wednesday, January 4th at 8pm! Designed to help you develop the strength and strategies needed for running anytime after 12 weeks postpartum. The program includes:
*12 weeks of strength programming with weekly live sessions and take home workouts in between.
*12 weeks of a progressive running plan. With 3 runs per week it is designed to increase cardio and endurance strategically, while reducing impact on the pelvic floor and joints while we build strength.
*Information on topics such as “How pregnancy and childbirth effect running,” “The pelvic floor and strategies for minimizing leaking while you run (or anytime),” “Breathing for core and pelvic floor protection,” and “New ways to look at your running warm up.”

*Accountability
*Troubleshooting along the way
This program is ideal for those looking to begin running again after pregnancy or childbirth, or those who have begun to run again but feel they need a more strategic plan to get feeling good again. It is never too late postpartum to participate in this group! Not sure if this is for you? Ask me!
*If you are less than 3 months postpartum, I strongly encourage you to do the Return to Fitness Basics class or purchase the Core Fitness Foundations program before running or get clearance from a pelvic floor PT. All participants must be cleared by their doctors prior to participating.
