Return to Fitness is a 6 week LIVE class that is perfect for anyone getting back into exercise after pregnancy and childbirth. We will talk about the changes your body went through and how to address them, including posture, the pelvic floor, core strength and diastasis recti. You’ll learn how to determine if an exercise is safe for you, and when you’re ready to level up. We keep plenty of time for Q&A with the goal of getting you back to where you want to be.

This class is safe for both diastasis recti and pelvic floor dysfunction (prolapse and or incontinence), and I’ll help you find further resources if needed. Please talk to your doctor if you are earlier than 6 weeks postpartum.

Upon purchase, you’ll receive a download with a zoom link to join our weekly class, and intake forms to return prior to participation.

We begin TUESDAY, JANUARY 3RD AT 8PM.

Meetings will be recorded, and information sent via email for those who miss. Attendance is highly recommended.
